SHIPPING POLICY

Erica Woolston ships from Dallas, Tx. All domestic orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via USPS Priority, pending payment authorization and verification. All international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority, pending payment authorization and verification. International shipping destinations are subject to change without notice. Erica Woolston is not responsible for any return charges or fees resulting from improper delivery from either domestic or international orders.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Free shipping will be applied to all domestic orders over $100 (excluding EW FINE) within the US. EW FINE requires USPS PRIORITY paid by customer. Each order is shipped in one EW velvet gift bag, unless stated otherwise in the notes at checkout. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Claims for lost or stolen packages may be submitted through USPS. Please contact USPS for any questions/concerns with your package.

If your package arrives damaged, please email help@ericawoolston.com within 3 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

Shipping rates will be applied to international orders. All pieces are handmade to order, please allow up to 10 business days for order to be processed prior to shipping. Orders to Canada will take 2-3 weeks for delivery as per USPS International delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or international fees. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Erica Woolston is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer. If your package arrives damaged, please email help@ericawoolston.com within 3 business days.
