SHIPPING POLICY

Erica Woolston ships from Dallas, TX. All domestic orders are processed and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage within 7 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.
All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority, also pending payment authorization and verification.

Please note that international shipping destinations are subject to change without notice.
During periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be necessary, as each piece is handmade to order.

Erica Woolston is not responsible for any return charges or fees resulting from improper delivery on either domestic or international orders.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Free shipping will be applied to all domestic orders over $100 (excluding EW FINE) within the US. EW FINE requires USPS PRIORITY paid by customer. Each order is shipped in one EW velvet gift bag, unless stated otherwise in the notes at checkout. 

Erica Woolston is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit with the carrier—this applies to packages being shipped to the customer as well as those returned to us for exchanges, repairs, or resizing. Once a package is accepted by USPS or another carrier, it is no longer within our control.

To help ensure your jewelry arrives safely, we highly recommend using a padded or bubble mailer when sending pieces back to us. Standard paper envelopes are not secure and may tear or become damaged in transit.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping rates will be applied to international orders. Because each piece is handmade to order, please allow up to 10 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Orders to Canada typically take 2-3 weeks for delivery via USPS International delivery.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, international delivery delays, or any fees associated with international shipments. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
