We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds as all sales are FINAL. Every item is customized, handmade to order. If you are unsure on sizing or have other inquiries about a product, please contact us at email@example.com PRIOR to placing an order to ensure your order is accurate.
In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and we will be glad to help with any issues! All concerns for special requests will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Erica Woolston is not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from this website. Please contact the retailer or wholesaler from which you originally purchased your jewelry.
We can exchange bangles for a different size, customers are required to pay for return shipping.
If you ordered the incorrect size for your personalized bracelets, we do offer resizing for a service fee & return shipping cost.
If you feel your order is damaged or deemed to be defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review. If there is a defect with your order, we will provide a replacement. Please note that it’s our policy to only offer a single replacement per customer, this ensures defects are due to manufacturing and not the quality of care at home.
