We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds as all sales are FINAL. Every item is customized, handmade to order. Once an order has been placed & confirmation email has been received, no cancelled orders/refund are allowed. If you are unsure on sizing or have other inquiries about a product or your order, please contact us at PRIOR to placing an order to ensure your order is accurate.

In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery & we will be glad to help with any issues! All concerns for special requests will be made on a case-by-case basis. Approved cancelled orders will be charged a 3% processing fee. Approved returns within 5 days of delivery will be issued as store credit. We will only offer store credit if the items are returned in a timely manner & are in the same condition in which you received them. If your requirements are not met, your returned item will be forfeited. Failing to comply will result in either denying the return, or allow the return with a nonrefundable deduction on your store credit for any missing items.

Kindly note the original shipping charge will not be refunded when returning items.

We can exchange bangles for a different size, customers are required to pay for return shipping.

If you ordered the incorrect size for your personalized bracelets, we do offer resizing for a service fee & return shipping cost. 





If you feel your order is damaged or deemed to be defective, please contact us at within 30 days of purchase. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review. If there is a defect with your order, we will provide a replacement. Please note that it’s our policy to only offer a single replacement per customer, this ensures defects are due to manufacturing and not the quality of care at home. Erica Woolston is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the jewelry.

Defected item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Failing to do so will result in charging for the item.
