We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds as all sales are FINAL. Every item is customized, handmade to order. If you are unsure on sizing or have other inquiries about a product, please contact us at help@ericawoolston.com PRIOR to placing an order to ensure your order is accurate.

In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and we will be glad to help with any issues! All concerns for special requests will be made on a case by case basis.

Erica Woolston is not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from this website. Please contact the retailer or wholesaler from which you originally purchased your jewelry.

 

 

EXCHANGES

We can exchange bangles for a different size, customers are required to pay for return shipping.

If you ordered the incorrect size for your personalized bracelets, we do offer resizing for a service fee & return shipping cost. 

 

 

COUPONS

Coupon codes may be shared via Instagram. Coupon codes must be used at the time of placing the order and cannot be applied after the matter. 

Free shipping on orders over $100 do not require a discount code.
