In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and we will be glad to help with any issues! Refunds or exchanges for special requests will be made on a case by case basis by the merchant, valid for store credit only.
We can exchange bangles for a diffeeent size, customer is required to pay for return shipping.
If you ordered your personalized bracelets incorrect size, we do offer resizing for a small fee & return shipping cost.
