How long will it take for my bracelet(s) to be made?

Each bracelet is handmade and ready to ship within 10 business days. During high order volumes, additional processing time may be necessary as all our pieces are handmade to order. Erica Woolston is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

 

My bracelet hasn’t arrived! Did it get lost in the mail?

Every package is shipped via USPS. In the event that your package is lost/stolen/missing, please contact USPS to create a claim. Erica Woolston is not responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages.

 

Do you offer domestic and international shipping?

Yes, we currently ship everywhere! International shipping costs will be applied. Orders that are designated for International shipments may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. As the recipient of the shipment is responsible for all of the above fees. If for any reason, the recipient chooses to refuse a shipment from Erica Woolston, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any fees added to the package, and the cost of returning the package to Erica Woolston.

I don’t know what size bracelet to order! How do I determine the correct size?

Please refer to our Size Chart Guide.

 

How do I get my bracelet(s) on and off?

For best wear please individually roll on and off your wrist. Our gold filled beads are transit resistant, however our colored letter beads are subject to failing. Expose to liquids at your own discretion. Please avoid exposing your pieces to perfumes and other harsh chemicals; this may cause a reaction to the metals.

 

 

I would like to order initials instead of a name, how do I go about ordering it this way

Please be as specific as possible when ordering. For example, if you would like a bead in between initials please enter in notes: A (bead) B (bead) C. If you would like a heart emoji bead, please enter: A (heart) B.

Letters, numbers, and heart symbols available ONLY!
If a “&” symbol is requested on your order, we will replace it with a heart symbol.  

 

The piece of jewelry I want is out of stock! What should I do?

New products as well as best sellers can sell out quickly, but we always plan restocks in the future. We recommend signing up for our restock notifications. Signing up for these notifications ensures you are the first to know when we plan to restock your desired jewelry piece. You can find this beneath the product details on the product page.

 

 

QUALITY & CARE

My bracelet stretched out. May this be repaired?

Erica Woolston does not offer repairs. However, if you feel your order is damaged or deemed to be defective, please contact us at help@ericawoolston.com within 30 days of purchase. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) for review. Note that Erica Woolston is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the jewelry. Please view gold filled FAQ for more details.

 

What is Gold-filled? Will it tarnish?

Gold-filled jewelry is the highest quality and value, just under solid gold. Unlike gold-plated jewelry, gold-filled pieces have layers of gold - creating a more valuable and treasured.

Gold-filled items are created using a gold alloy. This is a blend of gold and elements that gives the structure and durability to your pieces. Gold alone is a very soft material and most fine jewelry utilizes alloys for strengthening purposes.  Choosing gold-filled is the perfect alternative to a solid gold. Gold-filled provides the luxurious look and feel of gold at an affordable price. 

100% gold will not tarnish. Gold-filled jewelry is tarnish resistant, meaning it’s layers of gold prevent it from immediate color change and various reactions, however the gold alloy in the jewelry has the ability to turn over time.

Gold-filled jewelry must not be exposed to harsh chemicals and ingredients as they may react to the metals. These include but are not limited to perfumes, lotions, nail polish remover, sunscreens, chlorine, cleaning products. Please allow for all beauty products to dry before wearing your jewelry. Like anything, the better you care for it, the better it will look and last. We do not offer exchanges for tarnished pieces, as the west of the jewelry is a reflection of its care versus the original product. With that said, if you experience complete tarnishing within 30 days of your purchase please email help@ericawoolston.com

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

How can I return my jewelry?

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds as all sales are FINAL. Every item is customized, handmade to order. If you are unsure on sizing or have other inquiries about a product, please contact us at help@ericawoolston.com PRIOR to placing an order to ensure your order is accurate.

 

My bracelet is here, but it’s wrong/damaged!

In the event that your order received an incorrect or damaged product please notify our team within 3 days of being delivered via email at help@ericawoolston.com *If orders did not specify color letter beads desired, EW Team will use white letter beads.

 

My bracelets arrived, but I ordered the wrong size. Do you offer resizing?

Yes, we are happy to offer resizing! All of our pieces are handmade to order, therefore we do charge for this service. Resizing is $8 per bracelet plus our return label of $5 for domestic shipping, $20 for international shipping.
